In this semester, we will explore history education game design. The focus will be on Indiana's Civil War history, specifically Morgan's Raid. The expected result of this learning experience will be a professional-quality game design targeting 4th grade students. Along the way, we will address deeply challenging issues, such as the following:
No textbooks are required, but there are recommended books in the bookstore and on reserve at the library. You are expected to find the resources you need to meet the course objectives.
Your grade will be determined by your dedication to the course objectives. Questions or concerns about grading may be raised with the instructors at any time.
The instructors may access email through services not affiliated with the University.
