Before you can access the official Lab 1 description, you need to create an account on Moodle. Open http://www.cs.bsu.edu/moodle in a Web browser, then click the "Login" link. This will take you to a page that describes how to create a new account. Note that you must register using your "@bsu.edu" email address, otherwise you will not get the confirmation email.
Once you have created your account, you will be able to log in and "enroll" in the CS120-001 course through Moodle. This is not an official university enrollment: it is just the way to access the CS120-001 resources. The enrollment key was given in class, and the lab assistant has it if you have forgotten it.
