Development Team


Asterisk was developed by Team Tan, a coalition of honors students enrolled in a video game design colloqium and computer science majors at Ball State University. Throughout the semester the honors students learned about video game design elements and ultimately designed their own game and presented their ideas to the computer science engineers to implement. These were the team members who worked on Asterisk as well as their project duties:

Honors 390 Students

Shane Kelly - Creative Writing Major - concept art, designing in-game artwork and sprites, putting together the game design document.

Aaron Thesing - Visual Communication Major - user interface design, putting together the game design document.

Gabe Khouli - Telecommunications Major - level concepts, designing sprites and game organization.

Kirk Barrios - Telecommunications Major - sound effects and music, web design.

Sarah Potts - Natural Resources & Environmental Management Major - sound effects and music, web design.
