The Muncie Redevelopment Commission donated the former Star Press building to Ivy Tech. Ivy Tech will invest $2 million to $3 million to renovate the building for health and science classrooms.
The Patterson block, former home of restaurant Mezza Lune, will be the new home of the culinary arts program, which is part of hospitality department. The building will be the first of the three to be occupied.
The Fisher building was donated by John Fisher and his wife Janice to Ivy Tech. Ivy Tech will invest $4 million in the former Ball Corporation headquarters.
