With your team, conduct at least three usability tests of your software as described in the Krug chapter, which can be found on Blackboard (under "Course Documents"). In each test, one team member is elected as facilitator and the other team members act as observers. No team member can act as facilitator more than once.
To conduct the tests, you must find a suitable test subject for each test, and set up a meeting with them.
Each team member turns in a summary of the test results similar to the one on the last page of the chapter. Also, for each test, state who the test subjects were (experienced users? new users? system administrators? undergraduates?), and who acted as facilitator. Discuss all issues observed during the test. During each test, at least 50% of the use cases that are applicable to the actor must be executed.
