Ontario Systems Data Reporting Tool

The Ontario Systems Data Reporting Tool will be a tool used by Ontario Systems at their client's sites to easily channel information through one central point to be sent to Ontario Systems. The Reporting Tool will accept any information sent to it, which may come from FACS, Artiva, the Operation System, etc., and compare the data to a configuration file. If the data received is of importance, i.e. in the configuration file as desired information, the data is parsed and formatted according to the configuration file, and then sent onto Ontario Systems.

The Reporting Tool will have the ability to update it's configuration file with a new one from Ontario Systems at any time, taking necessary security precautions to ensure the file is actually from Ontario Systems.

As an added bonus, the Reporting Tool will also have the ability to move files from the Windows Server at a client's site, to any other location on the network (assuming write privileges) as specified by an info.txt file found with the update file. This will allow Ontario Systems to send an update to a client, our Tool to move the file to the distribution directory of Ontario System's software, and Ontario Systems notify the client of a fix.
