            Paragent LLC is a small software startup whose main product is a distributed client which can provide a range of services.  Functionality to the client is added through modules and Paragent desired a graphical code generation tool for creating these modules.  This tool would automate most of the code creation for each module.  The automation the tool provides allows module programmers to focus on functionality rather than focusing on the code interactions with Paragent’s proprietary systems.  Due to specific nature of this project and the tight integration required with Paragent’s current development system a custom program was the only option.  This custom program will allow Paragent to be more competitive in the marketplace.

            By providing Paragent module developers with cleaner, compliant, and less error-prone code, the code creation tool improves not only the speed of module development but also the quality.  In giving module developers the ability to create modules faster and with fewer errors, it allows Paragent to implement new features faster.  Being able to implement new features with less testing is a boon to a small software company.  In one of the fields Paragent intends to compete, security, it is an absolute must that a company be able to react and add features and updates to their product quickly.  The combination of speed, ease of use, and quality will fit not only a development need at Paragent but also allow Paragent to be more aggressive in competing in the marketplace.
